Members of gay and lesbian Jewish group Dayenu will participate in their 10th Mardi Gras parade this year, and will celebrate with a giant rainbow tiered birthday cake — or at least a float shaped like one.
The group will also hold a special Shabbat service and dinner on February 26 — Mardi Gras eve. Israeli pop star Ivri Lider will perform at the dinner.

info: Dayenu’s Shabbat dinner is at Temple Emanuel, 7 Ocean St, Woollhara, on Friday, February 26, at 6.30pm. For more on Dayenu, visit www.dayenu.org.au
