The Donahue Sisters & Mates is a show comprised of two one-act plays directed by Leanne Caton. Opening at TAP Gallery on Wednesday, March 3, the first play, The Donahue Sisters, is the story of three sisters who talk about their lives until the time comes for the ritual reenactment of a violent and disturbing incident from their childhood. Mates is an award-winning play about an old bloke from the bush, a drag queen, his closet lover and the bushie’s memories of his youth.
