Helping with HIV abroad
Lam ‘Chop’ Hoang’s Chop Foundation supports three community health organisations in Vietnam that aim to reduce the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS and provide social and medical support. This year’s fundraiser, at Slide from 6pm on Sunday, June 27, will be a night of food, wine and entertainment by jazz singer Emma Pask (pictured), concert pianist Ambre Hammond and Slide performers, plus items for auction — artwork, homewares and clothing. Tickets cost $80.
