Second stage for Harbour ’11
New Mardi Gras (NMG) today announced that a second stage has been added to Harbour ’11, as well as news of performances by former Australian Idol contestant Jessica Mauboy and dance vocalist Peyton.
The second stage at , which is at a new location on the same level as the main stage, will also play host as to commercial house music with DJs Dan Murphy, GI Jode, Johnny Blue Boy and Damien Reddrop.
Talent already announced at the collaboration between NMG and Daywash includes DJs Wayne G (UK), Paul Heron (UK), Kate Monroe, Johan Khoury and Troy Cox, all on stage one.
“We’re delighted to have Jessica and Peyton performing at our event,” said NMG CEO Michael Rolik.
“We’ve worked hard to improve the second stage and provide a better experience in 2011 with a new Harbour-side location and fantastic line-up. Expect the unbelievable view of the Royal Botanic Gardens on the Harbour, with all the special moments and atmosphere you’ve come to love from a Daywash event.”
