Join the circus
The Women’s Circus is hosting a two-week pilot program of laboratory workshops for women directors of physical theatre and circus.
The labs will be facilitated by Sue Broadway (Moomba Parade director) and Debra Batton (artist-in-residence at the Women’s Circus). It’s an opportunity to develop skills and practise the craft with performers.
The lab for experienced directors will run May 9 – 13, and the one for emerging directors takes place from May 16 – 20. Female circus performers are also wanted.
