The Australian Ballet will celebrate a longstanding love affair with British ballet in a triple bill spanning three generations this month.

British Liaisons features three of the biggest names in British choreography, including works such as Ninette de Valois’ Checkmate.

As the company nears its 50th anniversary, British Liaisons will be a tribute to its heritage.

It takes to the stage of the Arts Centre’s State Theatre for 11 performances from August 25.
