Discipline, goals and diet keep me strong

Staying healthy and fit takes many shapes and means. The Star Observer’s sponsors Bioflex introduced us to their ambassador Amanda (Mandy) Francisity the 2011 INBA Miss Universe.

Bioflex-02Francisity believes it is all about goals, saying: “I like to set large goals and also smaller goals to help me to achieve my big goals. Firstly I set goals each training session. It might be to beat a personal best or to try out a completely different exercise to shock my body.

“My main goal is to improve my physique and stage presentation from competition to competition and year to year. Ultimately body building is a competition with myself. I strive to win an Australian Overall Title, to compete at the Natural Olympia and eventual to get my Pro Card. Aside from competing I would also eventually love to own my own gym with a ‘clean eating’ café attached to it, where I can inspire and help others to achieve their goals,” she adds.

In response to a question on what supplements or dietary alterntatives she uses, Francisity recommends Bioflex, saying: “Bioflex is critical to my performance and even if I was not bodybuilding, these would be core to my fitness regime.

“One of the main products I use is Biofurness protein powder after a workout – it is essential for my muscle repair and Glutaflex  is great before going to bed and after training,” Francisity added.

Bioflex-01The 2011 INBA  Miss Universe added a warning that each person’s training program should tailored with their diet but the Bioflex range could complement nearly all training goals, but should be done in conjunction with expert advice.
