Puttin on a dress

Puttin on a dress

A NEW online game allows players to dress up a semi-naked caricature of Russian President Vladimir Putin in anything from evening gown to little black dress.

Titled ‘Putin’s fabulous wardrobe’, the simple flash game appeared on the website of fashion designer Kristof Buntinx. The game appears to have no purpose, but its timing around the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics in which Russia’s ‘gay propaganda’ laws are being scrutinised suggests it could be a protest of sorts.

Users can even accessorise Putin’s outfit with a hat or some neck bling, choose the underwear, colours of the carpet or wallpaper, and more.

Buntinx gained world fame late last year with the release of his Russian-branded anti-gay propaganda protest boxer shorts and homoerotic calendar.

Buntinx described the game as: “Intended for both boys and girls aged seven and up. The online game gives children the opportunity to dress Russian leader Putin in unique outfits with iconic pieces from Kristof Buntinx’ collections.”

  1. The purpose of the game seems to be to degrade Putin by putting him in a dress, we can mock him by taking away his heterosexual masculinity, and make him seem weaker than us, like the straight bullies do to gay kids.

  2. Hey!

Looks a fun game. I also did you with some friends in Amsterdam. We also have a lot of crazy outfits and music!
