Forget Gravity – Ganga
Danish downtempo producer Ganga, aka Christian Ronn, returns with his fifth studio offering, Forget Gravity. Layered with his signature mix of East-meets-West sounds, it’s an album inspired by the places it was recorded in — Ganga travelled between Copenhagen and India to make Forget Gravity.
Layered over an undercurrent of dubby bass grooves, Ganga blends ethnic flavours, Balearic guitars, evocative vocals (from guests including Anwar Ahmed Khan and Annemarie Zimakoff), Asian-infused strings and crispy electronica — all mixed into a low-key, spaced-out journey that’s given room to breathe across these eight tracks.
