It’s taken me 30 odd years to come out , first was my siblings , friends and first I only told a couple of my close work colleauges that I trusted.
As I became more comfortable and my self esteem improved.
I began to tell more
On the whole my work colleagues have been very supportive, now 14 mths have passed and recently 2 staff members, have said I look so much happier and content than ever before.
