They are realtively safe, effective and even fun. Maybe we should be doing more to encourage gay men to get organised with a kit of their favoutite condoms, lube, cock rings and simple assessories. If sex is an important aspect of our lives why settle for what ever goes? Viagra should not be a substitute for the lack of a personalised tool kit.
