Deya Dova a dance diva

While she may have taken on a distinctly Smurfy hue in this picture, rest assured that Deya Dova is a healthy shade of tan in real life. She’s also just dropped one of the most surprising local albums of the year — a left-field marriage of Nimbinesque hippy warblings, Celtic flourishes and dancefloor-ready electro. Sounds weird? It is a bit, but it’s also fantastic. Catch Deya as she launches the album with a live show on Friday, October 30.
