Those 3 above Acts I just talked about still to this very day use the term “husband and wife”, “marital status”, “de facto spouse”, “opposite sex” and “a union between a man and a woman”.

All these terms should be omitted and replaced with – “two people”, “relationship status”, “de facto partner”, “opposite or same sex” and “a union between two (2) adult persons”.
