Paulini stands up

Australian singer/songwritier Paulini has released a new single, Scarless. The autobiographical song is designed to help raise awareness for the anti-violence White Ribbon Day on Wednesday, November 25.

After being involved in a violent relationship, the singer felt that the time was right to pen a song disclosing her personal experience. The singer hopes her single will empower other women to speak out, to take action and break the silence.

“Violence happens everywhere. It doesn’t choose where it happens and where it doesn’t. It doesn’t discriminate between black or white, or gay or straight. We need to take a stand, and speak up if something isn’t right behind our closed doors,” she said.

Paulini has spent the past year in the studio recording material for her third solo album.
