The youth wing of the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) has called for the banning of Elton John’s tour in Kuala Lumpur in November because the singer is gay.
“The culture of hedonism or excessive and extreme entertainment is spreading swiftly like poison among young Muslims,” PAS chair Shahril Azman Abdul Halim Al-Hafiz said. “This situation is made worse by prevalent homosexual behaviour.”

Oliver also said we should have less rights if we are gay in past comments, so it is not suprising he would have an issue with Elton, John just like these nutjobs in the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party.
