Bondi Beach flash mobbed
Earlier this month 100 dancers secretly flash mobbed Bondi Beach to a medley of pop classics. It is currently this week’s Top Rated, Top Favourited, Most Discussed and Most Viewed Australian music video on YouTube.
Starring Sydney drag queen Joyce Maynge and organised by DJ Dan Murphy, the video, which cost less than $600, has gone viral around the world, with over 150,000 views in less than a week.
The event was organised to promote a gay party, Say Cheese, which is being held during Mardi Gras on Thursday, March 4, 2010.
