Selena Gomez has announced the Australian release date of her star-studded third album, which includes songs written by Pixie Lott, Katy Perry and Britney Spears.

When The Sun Goes Down will hit stores in Australia on July 1 and is expected to perform well on the charts given her high-profile relationship with Justin Bieber and A-List collaborators.

The pink pony loving diva has already spoken of her excitement about recording the Britney songs, which are believed to be left-overs from her hit Femme Fatale album.

No doubt Selegend will take them to the next level!

While the 18 year old is still relatively unknown outside the tween crowd in Australia, she has had two 10 albums in America and sold 5 million singles.

Her star will no doubt rise even further in this country with her fashion label Dream Out Loud releaseing a new collection exclusively at Big W.

Fingers crossed she’s not bringing back the flapper look on her album cover because that’s a hard look for anyone to pull off.
