Gaga revs up for more

It’s been a busy couple of days at the Haus of Gaga, with mother monster finally revealing the Born This Way cover art on Twitter and then the rush release of Born This Way follow-up Judas on Friday.

Both the new cover and single have already sparked controversy and generated a divided response from fans, but Lady Gaga was never going to make it easy for us.

Designed by Nick Knight and Haus Of Gaga, the cover (below) depicts the the superstar transformed into a motorcycle.

It kind of looks like something on the back of heavy metal fan’s t-shirt circa 1987, which just adds to its appeal.

As for Judas, it seems to have upset several religious groups but, at heart, it’s quite a simple upbeat pop song.

However, bloggers and fans were quick to point out that the dance anthem sounds similar to Bad Romance, which was also produced by Swedish hitmaker RedOne.

There a couple of similarities but Gaga deserves a pass on this one.

Judas is a bit of a throwback to the Fame Monster era but it doesn’t sound like a blatant copy of a previous song.

Give it a listen below and let us know what you think of Lady Gaga’s new album cover and single.
