Madonna reveals album name

Pop music’s most enduring female star, Madonna, has revealed the name of her new album.

The 53-year-old will call her latest offering MDNA, she told British talkshow host Graham Norton during an interview filmed for The Graham Norton Show this week. The album is slated for a March release.

“It’s soon. It depends how quickly people hack in to my server and leak it. Can people wait? It’s terrible,” she said.

Madonna was referring to the leak of her new single, Gimme All Your Luvin’, which UK Glamour magazine claims was ‘stolen’ by a fan and uploaded online late last year.

“It’s very confusing behaviour,” Madonna told Norton before revealing daughter Lourdes may have had an influence on her song choices for the new record.

“I do play her songs and see what she thinks. She is very opinionated. She’s very mature for her age.”

Madonna also spoke about Lady Gaga, who she has allegedly been feuding with.

“When I first saw her I was really impressed by her and she was cool. She did remind me of me back in the day,” she said.

“I do think she is very talented.”
