New George Michael tour dates announced

Following last year’s dramatic tour cancellation, UK pop superstar George Michael will return to Australia in November when his Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour travels to arenas in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane, and the Hope Estate in the Hunter Valley.

Michael’s near-death battle with pneumonia last year forced the cancellation of all touring commitments, but word is the Faith singer is back in good health and ready to return to the stage.

Before its unexpected hiatus, Symphonica played to packed houses in Europe to rave reviews. The tour sees Michael perform a carefully chosen selection of his own material and a mix of covers, all re-worked and re-arranged for a large scale orchestra.
