Ricky Martin lands Glee gig
Latin heartthrob Ricky Martin will guest star on Glee early next year.
The openly gay singer will play “the hottest Spanish teacher ever in the history of Ohio,” according to a report at TVLine.
Sources from the show say Martin will have two big musical numbers in the episode.
Martin is also due to start rehearsals for his role as Che in the Broadway revival of Evita in the next few weeks. The show is set to open in April 2012.
No stranger to acting, Martin had a two-year run on American soap General Hospital in the mid-90s.
