Roberts a real hit
Australian short Mug’s Game, which stars Ian Roberts, has made it through to the finals of the Bondi Short Film Festival.
Directed by Lav Bodnaruk and Michael Mier, Roberts stars as Shad Newbolt in the film, a boxer who is suddenly gripped by fear despite years in the ring.
Mug’s Game is one of 14 films in the shortlist of finalists. It will compete for a prize pool valued at more than $10,000. The 12th Annual Bondi Short Film Festival is on Saturday, November 24. Tickets from moshtix.com.au
