Rumour mill in overdrive for ABBA Waterloo reform

ABBA fans it is time to get responsibly excited and a quote came out last week whilst Agnetha Faltskog who being interviewed had this response when asked about the band reforming to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the bands first hit song Waterloo.

‘Of course it’s something we’re thinking about, there seem to be plans to do something to mark this anniversary in some way,’ the 63-year-old said. ‘But I can’t say at this point what will come of them.’

In the interview Faltskog also admitted that the fact all four band members were getting older made it increasingly difficult to get back together.

“I cannot imagine that we would go on stage with crutches,” she said.

ABBA have not performed together for 27 years and where last seen in public together for the launch of the ABBA musical film Mamma Mia in 2008.

Although hopes of a reunion should remain skeptical as the group have repeatedly turned down offers to reunite, including a $1 billion deal in 2000.
