Wainwright, Lennon perform Material Girl at Occupy Wall St
Sean Lennon and Rufus Wainwright stopped by the Occupy Wall Street protests on Sunday night to give protesters their own rendition of Madonna’s Material Girl.
The duo sang the irony-laden cover in Zuccotti Park where the protests are centred in New York City.
Some of the more musical members of the protest movement even helped the star pair with backing music.
