Courageous film champions rights
A documentary film featuring the struggles of LGBT activists in Asia will premier in Melbourne this week.
Produced by the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission and the Lesbian Activism Project of the Philippines, Courage Unfolds looks the use of international law to protect the rights of LGBT people, focusing on a set of protection principles which came out of a 2006 summit on LGBT rights in Indonesia.
