Donald’s boys on show

A superb collection of works by the late gay artist Donald Friend will show at the Savill Gallery in Paddinton, NSW from March 6. Friend had a colourful life, and his work from his time spent in Bali is well known. In Bali he lived like royalty, and received a colourful stream of visitors that included Mick Jagger, the Queen of Denmark and the Duke of Edinburgh.
