Don’t ask, don’t tell

Will you dare to bare this Big Gay Weekend?

There’s a new look for Q Bar at Oxford St’s Exchange Hotel — something very different from what you’re used to — and you have a chance to and party in a unique fashion.

Go Commando is inviting partygoers to leave their undies at home and celebrate freedom and equality as you never have before.

Their top DJs will play a huge range of music to help you kickstart your Big Gay Friday until the early hours of the morning and, just to get you even more excited, there will be two dance areas and a giant ball pit to help with all that undie-free fun.

DJs Adam Watts, Digital Damage, JimJam, Juan Valasco, Tommy Kelly and Melbourne’s delicious Bear cub DJ Kam Shafaati will be on deck to provide tunes.

Entertainment will be provided by the likes of physique, swimwear and underwear model Tristan Hamilton, pole dancer James Taylor and Sydney’s hottest gogo boys (freeballing).

The sexy new-themed dance party will donate proceeds to Mardi Gras, as with many of the other Big Gay Weekend events. It’s the only event as part of the festivities where you’ll find the question of boxers or briefs won’t matter, so don’t forget to leave that underwear at home.

Tickets are $20+BF and $25 combo tickets to both Go Commando and Club Exile — for men only — are available for a limited time.
