Exploring drug and alcohol treatment

ACON is presenting a public forum on drug and alcohol treatment. The forum is aimed at people who may be considering quitting drugs or alcohol, or are assisting a family member, partner or friend through the process.
Participants can expect to hear drug treatment professionals talk about treatment options available for substance users today, as well as hear from those who have been through the process. A question and answer session will follow.
ACON’s Substance Support Service encourages anyone who has a stake in the issue to attend, whether they be substance users, interested members of the community, or professionals in the field of drug and alcohol treatment.
The forum is at the Surry Hills Community Centre, 405 Crown St, Surry Hills on Monday December 7, 6pm-8pm, with snacks provided.
