Katy creates fireworks on Ellen
Katy Perry has marked yet another #1 hit with a special performance on Ellen.
It was announced yesterday that Firework had knocked P!nk’s newie Raise Your Glass from the top of the US singles chart – giving the Teenage Dream superstar her third straight chart topper.
And Ellen’s talkshow seems the fitting place to celebrate that achievement given the song’s message of self-acceptance and gay-friendly video.
Happily, after a spate of heavily criticised live performances, Katy gave a solid performance.
