More Gay Day details emerge
Gold Coast Gay Day has announced Zoe Badwi and Emily Williams will headline this year’s event on May 12 at the Parklands Showgrounds in Southport.
The Hot Bodz competition will also return this year with some help from the Rip & Roll campaign.
Gold Coast Gay Day has two stages and this year the party welcomes back the talents of the Studio 44 Artspace.
The team will invite partygoers to join them at the ‘Church of Free Love’, a space that will deliver Australian talent through live music, artwork, food and open-mindedness.
Studio 44 Artspace has been dedicated to bridging divides, freedom of expression and promoting arts and creativity.
For the kids, there will be Fun Cars for Kids, free face-painting and a jumping castle.
There will also be plenty of stalls.
Gold Coast Gay Day kicks off at 11am and children under 12 enter free.
