With these words Michael Kalmuk and Kelly Montford exchanged rings in Vancouver last week. It was the first officially sanctioned blessing of a same-sex couple to occur in an Anglican church.

We’ve been waiting for this a long time -“ in our case, through 21 years of being together, Kalmuk told Canadian media.
