Riverside Theatres has become the busiest performing arts centre in Sydney outside of the Opera House, with over 700 shows and events each year. A celebratory concert, hosted by The Wharf Revue’s Jonathan Biggins, will be held on Saturday 15 March to celebrate 20 years of Riverside entertaining greater Sydney. JBEAR RETURNS

Manacle presents Justin J Bear in CaBEARet Grandé on Friday 15 February at the Paddington RSL. The show starts at 7.30pm and tickets start at $25. If you want a three-course meal it will cost $75. OPENAIR FUN

Big Dreamers is the true story of one man’s quixotic struggle to build the world’s biggest gumboot in the prosperous sugar township of Tully, North Queensland. The humorous documentary screens with Lovestruck: Wrestling’s No.1 Fan at the Bondi Openair Cinema on Wednesday 20 February. Harry Connick, Jr. returns to Australia in March for a limited set of performances with his acclaimed 12-piece Big Band. Over the past two decades, Harry Connick, Jr. has proven himself to be among the world’s most successful and multi-talented artists. On Sunday 23 March, he will play at the Sydney Opera House. Gallery Adagio is proud to present the work of two veteran Australian artists, Bill Moseley and Robert Creed. Moseley’s current photographic series, Nocturne, reconnects us with the ghosts of our colonial past. Creed’s work is a series of ethereal landscapes featuring colourful and highly textured surfaces, which he describes as the “bridge between the physical and the spiritual”.
