The Sydney Women’s Baseball League is looking for enthusiastic recruits who want to spend their winter Sundays in the company of fun-loving ladies.

Based at Moore Park, the club is Sydney’s longest running and largest female only competition.

Catering for all levels of skill and competitive drive, this is a perfect opportunity for people looking for a way into the sport and fun of it, as well as those All Star go-getters wanting to swing one out of the park.

We guarantee that even if you have never swung a bat or thrown a ball we are happy to show you how, SWBL representative Clare Hews said.

As a league we offer a fun and friendly social focus that is dedicated to the objectives of community, inclusion and personal best.

For those interested, there will be an open day on March 30 and the first training session is scheduled for April 6 from 12 noon, to be followed by a barbeque.
