Canadian singer Deborah Cox was for many the highlight of Saturday’s Mardi Gras party. Cox entered the RHI on a portable stage pushed through the crowd singing her hit Nobody’s Supposed To Be Here surrounded by scantily clad dancers. When she reached the main stage she was joined by a group of some Sydney’s favourite drag queens to belt out Absolutely Not! The crowd lapped it up, with many exclaiming that it was one of the best live vocal performances ever heard at a Mardi Gras Party.
