Do you believe? The incredibly convincing Cher impersonator Candi Stratton has appeared on Oprah, Entertainment Tonight, Donahue and even with Bert Newton on Good Morning Australia. And this Sunday night the post-op performer is bringing her Cher tribute show to Sydney for Arq’s fifth birthday party.

Candi began her career as a female impersonator in Chicago during the early 1980s. Now she’s returned to performing full-time in her new home of Melbourne, where she moved in January 2003 and quickly established herself on the gay party scene. And today she is considered one of the best Cher impersonators in the world.

Catch her performing all of Cher’s classics at Arq’s fifth birthday party this Sunday 15 August from 10pm. It costs $10 on the door.
