Queen’s Birthday out of Sydney

This Friday the mountains will come alive to the sounds of thumping bass and hundreds of people having a great time at the Gearin Hotel, Katoomba. The Blue Mountains PLWHA group is holding a fundraising Cowboys and Indians party from 8pm until late featuring DJs A-D, John Prendagast and Artisan. Drag performers Dusty Glass, Miranda Fair, Rock Stock, Salmonella and Miss Willie will make the short trip up for the Friday night extravaganza. TROPICAL FRUITS
For those prepared to travel a bit further for a night out, the Tropical Fruits group in Northern NSW will present Blue, their Queen’s Birthday party, on Saturday 7 June at the Winsome Hotel, Lismore. DJ Neroli, who impressed the City Live crowd at this year’s Mardi Gras party, will turn the pub into a venue to remember. Blue starts at 8pm and tickets are $18 at the door.
