It’s that time of year again when artists of all persuasions are given a forum to express aesthetically their very specific desires. Leather art (meaning S/M-themed rather than American summer camp key wallets) should be ably represented by both an exhibition and a concert. Phatspace gallery will be holding the Self Discipline exhibition from this Thursday 13 February until 2 March, featuring work by artists Robb Kelly, Sexy Galexy, Di Ball, Yiorgos Zafiriou, Diablo, Chris Bajick, Liam Benson and Jewell McKenzie in media including photography, paintings and video. Entry to the exhibition is free, and the Phatspace is at room 35, level 2, 94 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst. The gallery is open Wednesday to Sunday from noon to 7pm.
