SSO: What is FuFu?
Somali Cerise: A submissive female purebred shorthaired chihuahua. Whilst she’s still discovering her sexuality, I suspect she may be opposite sex-attracted.
Why FuFu?
It seemed an appropriate name for a little chihuahua princess.
Where did she come from?
The idea came after I saw that Chanel made diamante dog collars.
What’s the best or oddest thing about her?
FuFu has a thing for sitting in the laps of gay men. She also loves all things pink and is a huge fan of Kylie. It seems that dogs can be influenced strongly by their environment.
Where does she like to walk?
FuFu frequents many parks around Surry Hills although her favourite is Prince Alfred Park. And yes, a lot of gay men try to pick her up.
What do you like about being a pet owner?
The world of dog accessories and internet dog photo contests. I’m not a show Mum though.
Do you have any advice for other would-be queer pet parents?
If you are a lesbian looking to use your dog to help you pick up, a chihuahua is not the best choice.
