Tomboys head to Kings Cross

One of the hits of the recent QueerDoc festival, Judith Cobb’s Tomboy is heading to the Kings Cross Arts Festival for a special one-night screening.

Tomboy tells the very different stories of four former tomboys and the way their tomboy childhoods have shaped their adult lives -“ one is a lesbian, one is straight, one is transgendered and one performs in drag.

The film is screening with other documentaries Frontline Afghanistan, Still Croaking, The Immodest Miss Modesty and The Last Kosher Butcher. The screening will be held at Potts Point’s Tusculum Theatre at 8pm on Wednesday 3 November from 8pm. Tickets are $12 or $8 concession and will be available at the door.
