Two men faced a London court on Monday charged with the brutal killing of a man at one of the city’s gay cruising areas last week. Thomas Pickford, 25, and Scott Walker, 33, were arrested last Friday in connection with the murder of Jody Dobrowski at Clapham Common, a gay beat in south London, BBC News reported. Police said 24-year-old Dobrowski’s face was so badly beaten it was unrecognisable. Dobrowski was eventually identified through fingerprints. He had been found unconscious but died in hospital from his injuries.
