Parenting a tricky business
Melbourne’s gay and lesbian business network GLOBE will take on the legal issues around parenting at its next business breakfast.
In a two-hour session, Lander and Rogers senior associate Jodylee Bartal will discuss legalities for same-sex couples in parenting and financial and property matters.
The session will cover parenting plans and orders, child support, ART, and surrogacy and donor agreements. The breakfast forum is on September 2 from 7 – 9am at Lander and Rogers Lawyers, Level 2, 360 Bourke St.
