Bentstix bootcamp
This summer Bentstix, Sydney’s gay and lesbian hockey club, is offering outdoor fitness training in Sydney leading up to the 2nd Asia Pacific Outgames in Wellington and the coming winter season.
The sessions are designed to help players improve speed, endurance, agility and strength, not to mention get them looking their best for Mardi Gras.
The sessions will be conducted by professional trainer Richard Schmidlli, whose experience includes working with the Canberra Raiders and the ACT cycling squad.
Registration is essential as Schmidlli is travelling from Canberra and needs to bring the appropriate amount of equipment.
