Bingham Cup pop-up shop announced

BINGHAM Cup Sydney 2014 will open a pop-up shop on Oxford St throughout the week of rugby games and festivities.

The store will handle player registrations, the sale of Bingham Cup merchandise items and provide players and the public with information about the tournament, parties and events.

Launched in partnership with the City of Sydney and The Makery, it is located at 106 Oxford St and will provide the Bingham Cup a big promotional boost on the site of the old Mardi Gras Museum.

Organisers say Bingham Cup signage will face Oxford St, home of the Mardi Gras Parade, and will be seen by nearly 75,000 cars that will pass the shop daily.

The Bingham Cup Shop will be open from Saturday, August 23 and together with three official Bingham Bars (Stonewall, Kinselas and The Beresford) it will create a hub of activity in the Taylor Square area.
