Frontrunners call for women
As part of its new member month, the Sydney Frontrunners gay and lesbian running club is extending a special welcome to female runners, with an event planned for Saturday, April 21 to entice a few more ladies to join.
Whether you are a first-time runner or a marathon pro, join in the fun at Centennial Park from 9-11am on the day for a social way to get fit and make new friends.
Activities include a women’s hosted ramble for the lethargic, or a more arduous run for the restless; free recovery Devonshire scones with tea or coffee; some post-run games on the grass; and special prizes for the person who brings along the most friends.
