Stiletto steals the show
Silver Stiletto, the drag caper about an ex-SAS soldier turned vigilante drag queen, walked away with the Audience Award at the My Queer Career short film program at Mardi Gras Film Festival on Friday, March 22.
The film screened alongside other festival favourites, including The Wilding, Continental Drift, and Summer Suit.
It’s the third award for the Queensland short film, which will screen next at Festival Libercine in Buenos Aires followed by the Melbourne Queer Film Festival on Wednesday, March 20 at 7.30pm as a part of the Celluloid Casserole.
