An all-star collaboration between DJs Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso, Swedish House Mafia are responsible for two of the year’s best dance hits: One (Your Name) with Pharrell Williams and the big dumb fun of Miami 2 Ibiza with Tinie Tempah. Both are present on this mix CD, but elsewhere, it’s a surprisingly safe, dated mix — did played-to-death past hits like Daft Punk’s One More Time, Supermode’s Tell Me Why and Benny Benassi’s Satisfaction really deserve inclusion? Sure, it’s a party-starting collection — just don’t expect to hear much in the way of new music.
