Gaining traction on queer radio stations worldwide, the 7th Heaven remix of Polish singer Tatiana’s debut international single, Spider Web, suggests a lovably cheesy Euro popette one could file alongside Agnes and September. Her album tells a different, more sophisticated, story. Opener Bottom Line sets the mood — sultry verses give way to an infectious chorus, backed by strings and horns. It’s unashamedly pop, but with more of an Amy Winehouse influence than your usual Euro dance divas. There’s no Australian physical release date set for the album yet, but check iTunes for the single and visit www.tatianaofficial.com for updates.
