Broadway Baby
The Sydney Gay & Lesbian Choir wants to finally see its name in lights with its next major concert, Broadway Baby. Performing a sensational selection of music theatre hits from across the decades, the choir will be joined by special guests including Australian entertainment legend Simon Burke, The Sydney Detachment of the Royal Australian Navy Band and the Tip Top Tapping Lovelies. The concert will be presented at the stunning Sydney Town Hall from 4pm.

Carlotta: Life’s Still a Drag

Photographer Marnya Rothe’s new exhibition Women In Uniform presents portraits of powerful, beautiful women attempting to break the glass ceiling of traditionally male dominated careers such as pilots, trades, the police force and the defence force. The images challenge and explore sexual connotations imposed on women who happen to wear lipstick with their hard-hats, or heels with their suits.
