GenQ, a social support group for young GLBT people on the Central Coast, is changing days. It will now meet on Tuesdays 3.30–5.30pm at RYSS in Gosford. Visit www.ryss.com.au

The International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia (IDAHO) is Tuesday, May 17. The Newcastle gay and lesbian choir will hold a flashmob sing-along on the day. A Mindfulness Meditation Workshop will be held at ACON, 129 Maitland Rd, Islington, on May 20 – 22. Learn about stress and stress reduction, and learn some mindfulness meditations. This free workshop is open to people who may be living with or affected by HIV and/ or from the GLBT communities.
