How decadent
I love long weekends especially this coming one in October. Not only do I get three days off work but it is also when I welcome daylight savings.
What are you doing this long weekend? That is the question on everyone’s tongue. I must have had 15 people ask me yesterday.
Are you going to Sleaze? If you have been keeping up with the news you would know that this might be the last Sleaze ever. That in itself should be a reason for all of us to want to get together and celebrate this party.
Another great reason is that the tickets start at $59, making it well within most people’s budgets.
Have you seen the Sleaze poster? It’s absolutely fantastic. This year’s theme is Decadence. So that gives you plenty of ideas about what to wear. I’m thinking of wearing full rubber — rubber chaps, rubber vest, thick rubber gloves and my full length rubber waders from Expectations — and to be really decadent, I just might wear my full hooded gas mask.
It’s not just Sleaze happening this weekend. There is a huge variety of events happening all around town. There is Extra Dirty which not only should be a fantastic party but also a way to pay tribute to Mandy Rollins in a style that would surely make her smile. There is Bad Dog at the Jets Club in Tempe.
I will probably spend my Sunday recovery at WoofClub. WoofClub is held the first Sunday of every month downstairs in the Underground at the Oxford Hotel.
I really like the crowd that gets down there. There are men in leather jocks, men in harnesses and men in chaps.
My sexy boy wore his leather puppy hood, leather puppy mitts, his heavy dog collar and his puppy tail last time we went to WoofClub.
No doubt I will see you somewhere on this busy social long weekend!
